Objective of meeting:
- To decide on how to split the work for the project plan
- To discuss what should be included in the project plan
This meeting would help us identify what are the different elements of a project plan and also how we are going to split the work so that everyone would have an equal share to contribute to the project plan.
My reflection:
I think that this meeting is required inorder to ensure that all the different members of the team does provide an equal share to the project plan. I think that it is important to start off the project with everyone doing the same amount of work. We discussed how we are going to complete the project plan as a team and what should be included which is a good thing. This is because we would all need to understand that we need to work as a team to complete the FYP and it is a good start.
In today's meeting, we were able to split the tasks evenly with me doing the project timeline and strategy for the team. We were able to ensure that all members of the team had tasks to do. All team members manage to share points in which they feel should be included in the project plan and thus the end product (the structure of the project plan)
