My reflection
I feel that today's meeting was rather fruitful when it comes to the team progress. This is the first meeting and I feel that the team would be able to perform well when it comes to working together in this project.
This is a very fun and hardworking team. We are able to complete most of the discussion and we were able to set some milestones that I feel the individual team members would really try to complete.Had a good discussion today along with our advisor and we split up some work for the proposal. I was voted as a leader and I hope I would be able to repay my team-member's faith in me.
The different team members were able to give suggestions on what they think and was able to express their stand with confidence. Everyone has their own opinion and they are not afraid to share which is a good thing for the team as it would be a team effort and that the result is what everyone deem is best.
